CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking and when your deposit is received.
Provisional bookings can only be held for no more than 7 days. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken.
Rooms are available from 2pm on arrival day. On request you are welcome to leave your luggage for later collection.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on departure day and failure to do so may incur a charge for an extra day.
It is our policy that accounts must be paid on the arrival of your holiday.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
The person who has booked the accommodation, or the card holder if deposit is paid by credit or debit card, will be liable for the total cost of the
reservation, less an allowance for food and service.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any persons who is part of the said contract
cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, damage or miss use of the said property without any refund of monies. Guests are liable for any damage caused and will be charged accordingly.
